I began working in the construction industry as a cement finisher, a skill learned from working in my family's business, and transitioned to a project engineer role within Findorff in 2006. Since then, I've had the opportunity to lead Findorff's preconstruction efforts over a five-year span on Associated Bank's multi-year and multi-location project – On average, our project team completed five branches per month. Currently, I am fortunate to lead a team of extremely talented individuals, delivering small projects, service requests, and continuing client relationships for Findorff's Special Projects Group.
Business Goals: Nurturing client relationships, delivering successful projects, and leading a high-performing team.
What Do You Like to Do for Fun?
I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching baseball, being outdoors, and sporting clays.
