Rivian is looking for skilled and motivated Industrial HVAC Technicians to join our multi-skilled facilities maintenance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining,troubleshooting, and repairing complex HVAC systems that support critical manufacturing and building environments. You will ensure environmental comfort, system reliability, and energy efficiency across the site — while partnering closely with Controls, Electrical, and Facilities Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
