Make plans for the 2012 Expo on February 29 & March 1, 2012.
The deadline for the 2012 Expo early contract renewal is March 18, 2011.
After this date, all booth space is released to new exhibitors on a first
come, first serve basis.

Take advantage of the 10% Early Bird Discount and the 2011 booth prices! A
down payment of $350 per booth holds your space with a signed exhibitor
space contract. Booth space must be paid in full by July 7, 2011 to maintain
the discount and 2011 pricing.
