Sponsorship Opportunities

Here are a variety of ways to maximize your trade show investment and keep your company in the forefront with Expo attendees and Expo exhibitors as they spend time at the show. These opportunities are open on a first-come, first-serve basis:

Continental Breakfast Sponsor- PFMA Electrical Seminars:
Two slots available each day- $300 per sponsor per day, Wednesday & Thursday, March 2 & 3. Sponsors will receive recognition in signage at the electrical seminars, listing in all seminar promotions and logo/mention at the PFMA website.

Lunch Sponsor- PFMA Electrical Seminars: Two slots available each day- $400 per sponsor per day, March 2 & 3.
Sponsors will receive recognition in signage at the electrical seminars, listing in all seminar promotions and logo/mention at the PFMA website.

Exhibitor Coffee Service Sponsor- Tuesday, March 1
During exhibitor set-up. One slot available: $300. Sponsor receives recognition at the Exhibitor Coffee Service station and a logo/mention at the PFMA website.

PFMA Beverage Sponsors: $500 per day, Wednesday & Thursday, March 2 & 3
PFMA will accept up to 5 beverage sponsors per day. PFMA beverage sponsors will receive a sign at the main concession area at the front of the showroom, 2 decks of beverage cards, listing in PFMA Connection, and recognition/logo at the PFMA website.

Name Badge Lanyards:
Provide pre-printed lanyards with your company or supplier names to promote your product lines to PFMA Expo attendees and exhibitors. Minimum 500 per participating company. Coordinating plastic badge holders are encouraged. Companies donating lanyards will receive a mention/logo in PFMA Connection, recognition in PFMA Expo signs in the exhibit hall and a mention/logo at the PFMA website.
