Where: Lake Arrowhead - Pines Course, 1195 Apache Lane, Nekoosa, WI.

When: Tuesday June 15, 2010. Registration 10:00 a.m. – Shot Gun Start 11:00 a.m.

Cost: Fee $100.00 per golfer or $400.00 per foursome. Includes: 18 Holes Golf w/cart

Burgers, Brats, Soda, Chips, available at the turn – included in fee
Complimentary practice balls at driving range

Ladies use red tees, men use white tees

Four gambling holes on par 3’s

Flag events for long drive, long putt, closest to pin on select holes

Free beer, soda on select holes

On course beverage carts – cost not included in fee

Set of golf clubs to be raffled during awards banquet
